1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of WFnear Software Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services and Payment Terms

WFnear Software Solutions offers web development, app development, custom software, and digital marketing services.

• An initial advance payment is required to commence work on any project.
• We offer flexible monthly EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options for the remaining balance, allowing payments to be spread across 3 to 6 months depending on the agreement.
• Failure to clear pending dues or EMIs on time may result in the temporary suspension of services or hosting until payments are resolved.

3. Project Timelines and Delivery

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, project timelines are estimates and depend heavily on prompt feedback, content provision, and approvals from the client. Delays in client feedback may lead to a corresponding delay in the final delivery.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment and project completion, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed software or website will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party plugins, open-source libraries, or pre-existing proprietary code owned by WFnear.

5. Limitation of Liability

WFnear Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
